Frequently asked Questions

Can you tell me more about the print itself?

Each fine art photography print is printed with Canon Lucia Pro archival inks on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm - this is an archival grade paper, made of 100% cotton and is acid-free. It is smooth, with a delicate texture. Hahnemuhle is one of the oldest paper manufacturers in the world, with its origins dating back to the year 1584.
Each print is hand signed by me, along with the photograph’s name and edition number. It is also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.  The dimensions of the print include a 1/2 inch (minimum) white border on all four sides, allowing for easier handling.

Do you sell framed prints?

No, I only sell the print. I leave the choice of frame style and design to the buyer, since  they know their decor best, and will be able to select the frame that best matches their space.

Are you the author of all the fine art photography prints which you sell?

Yes, I photograph, edit and print each photograph myself. I like to have complete control over these processes so that every print meets my standards.

Why don't you use a Print on Demand service?

The printing of a photograph is arguably the most important stage of the whole process, and having control over this is very important to me, which is why I make each print myself, on my own professional grade printer.

What is the Only10 limited edition guarantee?

For each size variant of a photograph, I only sell an edition of 10, or lesser. This is a lifetime guarantee i.e I will never make more prints available for sale in my lifetime. This ensures that your photograph print holds its value over time, since once the edition limit is reached, no more prints will be available for purchase, no matter what the offer price.

What is the difference between regular photo paper and your fine art print?
Fine art photography prints are printed using archival pigment inks (my printer uses 12 inks) on museum grade archival paper. They are made to last for centuries, if cared for correctly.

Photographs printed on regular photo paper with non-archival inks (usually 4-6 inks) will begin to fade after a few years. There is also a significant difference in color and gradation.

Do you make and keep prints for yourself?
Yes, I do sometimes make an artist proof print of photographs that I especially love and connect with. However these are purely for myself and are not available for sale.

Do you sell digital versions of your photograph?

No, I do not. This is to ensure that I have complete control over the number of physical prints that will exist in the world.

How do you ship your prints?

All photograph prints are shipped rolled in a durable plastic tube. This is the best way to ensure the print arrives safely at your doorstep. I use only Bluedart (for within India)  and DHL (for the rest of the world). They have proved to be the most reliable among all the shippers I have worked with. You can read more about Only10's shipping policy here.

What is your cancellation policy?

I do not accept cancellations once you place your order, so please evalulate your decision carefully before you make the commitment. If you have any sort of concerns or queries, please do reach out to me at hello@onlyten.in. I reply to all emails myself, typically within 24 hours, unless I am travelling on a shoot.

What if my print arrives damaged?

In the event that you receive the print in anything less than perfect condition, I will replace the print for you at no additional cost to you
In order to make the experience as smooth as possible, please ensure you follow the below steps.

  • Please make an unpacking/unboxing video when you open the package. This is the best and most transparent way to determine if any sort of transit damage has happened.

  • In the unfortunate event that there is damage, please reach out to me at hello@onlyten.in and I will guide you through the return process. I will bear the cost of the return shipment.

  • Once I receive the damaged print, I will make a new print and ship it to you with no additional cost to you.

Do I have to bear custom duties or any other charges?

The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price — all taxes and import fees are borne by me. There are no hidden customs duties or taxes that will surprise you.

How long do you typically take to ship a print?

Once I receive your order, I typically ship the print within seven calendar days. All prints are shipped from New Delhi, India. If your shipment is delayed for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
In the event that I am travelling on a photography shoot, I will reach out to you and give you a shipping date based on my return to Delhi. If for any reason the date is not acceptable to you, I will issue you a full refund. My typical shoot lasts for 7 days but for some hard to get to locations it could be as long as 15 days.
