This Shipping Policy is part of my Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review this policy carefully when placing an order.

 

Order fulfillment and Shipping Methods 

Once I receive your order, I typically ship the print within seven calendar days. All prints are shipped from New Delhi, India. 

My logistics partners are Bluedart (within India) and Fedex (for the rest of the world). All taxes and duties are covered by me, so you will bear no additional charges upon delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price — all taxes and import fees are borne by me. There are no hidden customs duties or taxes that will surprise you.

 

Shipping Delays

If your shipment is delayed for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

In the event that I am travelling on a photography shoot, I will reach out to you and give you a shipping date based on my return to Delhi. If for any reason the date is not acceptable to you, I will issue you a full refund. My typical shoot lasts for seven days but for some hard to get to locations it could be as long as 15 days.
