This website is operated by Only10, an independent fine art photography studio, fully owned by me, Gautham Manohar. Only10 specializes in fine art photograph prints of India’s stunning and varied landscapes. All prints are limited editions, with an absolute guarantee that once the edition limit is reached, no more prints will be made for sale in my lifetime. I own my own professional grade printer and the digital file resides offline on my workstation, and nowhere else. This is how I can guarantee that I have full and complete control on the number of physical prints that will exist in the world. 

 

Each print is made,inspected,signed and packed personally by me. I ship using Bluedart (domestic) and Fedex (rest of the world). I shop the prints rolled, in a durable tube container. 

 

My website is built on WIX, which provides the platform that powers all purchases and transactions.

 

By using this website and/or purchasing artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies referenced here.

 

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All photographs, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Gautham Manohar and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of applicable copyright and intellectual property law. “Only10” is a Class 35 registered trademark.

 

2. Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Every artwork is printed using a color-managed workflow: I use a professionally calibrated monitor, archival-grade pigment inks, and museum-quality Hahnemühle paper to ensure accuracy, consistency and longevity.

 

Please do note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen settings, brightness, or ambient lighting. While I strive for precise reproduction, I cannot guarantee exact color matching on all digital viewing devices for the simple reason that I have no control over the display settings of the digital device you view my website on. 

 

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

All photograph prints are shipped from New Delhi, India. All taxes and duties are covered by me, regardless of destination. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden costs. Each order is securely packaged and fully insured for transit. 

 

4. Returns Policy

Please do record an unboxing/unpacking video when you receive your print. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged in transit, you can return the item in its original packaging. I will bear the cost of return shipping, and will ship you a new print at no additional cost to you. Please do note that the returned artwork must be in original condition and packaged securely. To initiate a return, please email hello@onlyten.in with your order number and I will guide you though the process.

 

5. Payment & Taxes

I accept all major credit cards through Razorpay, as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely.

 

All prices include all applicable GST, VAT or sales tax where required. The price also cover all duties and import taxes anywhere in the world. You will bear no additional charges upon delivery.

 

6. Custom Orders

I make my prints in one of two sizes 24 inch x 36 inches, or 44 x 66 inches. I do not make prints smaller than the 24x36 inch but if you have a specific requirement for a custom size, do write to me and we can discuss it. I do not sell digital files or downloadable products.

 

7. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Only10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of any products.

 

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, wars, pandemics, or supplier delays.
