Return policy

Returns

In the event that you receive the print in anything less than perfect condition, I will replace the print for you at no additional cost to you. 

In order to make the experience as smooth as possible, please ensure you follow the below steps

  1. Please make an unpacking/unboxing video when you open the package. This is the best and most transparent way to determine if any sort of transit damage has happened.

  2. In the unfortunate event that there is damage, please reach out to me at hello@onlyten.in and I will guide you through the return process. I will bear the cost of the return shipment. 

  3. Once I receive the damaged print, I will make a new print and ship it to you with no additional cost to you.

Exchanges and refunds

Please note that I do not offer exchanges or refunds. The only exception is when you place an order when I am travelling on a shoot, and find the revised shipping date unacceptable. â€‹
